Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that original shipping charges will not be refunded, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

To request a return or exchange, please email us at info@normicgames.com with your order number, a list of products to be returned, and the reason for the return. We will get back to you within two business days with further instructions.

Shipping of Returned Items

If you are returning an item valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit if you do not use a trackable shipping service.

Return Approval and Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
